An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch by email. We may decline an order if the item is out of stock, if pricing was displayed in error, or if we cannot verify the delivery address.
All prices are in US dollars and exclude import duties and taxes. We accept payment by bank transfer, card and major online payment providers. For institutional customers we can issue a proforma invoice and accept payment on net-30 terms following approval.
Products are described as accurately as we can. Specifications, pack sizes and manufacturer part numbers are stated on each product listing. Where a manufacturer changes packaging, we supply the equivalent specification and note the change on the invoice.
All products sold on this website are laboratory consumables and general laboratory supplies intended for use by trained personnel in a laboratory, educational or industrial setting. They are not medical devices for diagnostic use, not for human or veterinary therapeutic use, and not for household use. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the products are suitable for their intended application.
Risk passes to the buyer on delivery to the address given. Title passes on receipt of cleared payment in full. Delivery timescales are estimates and not guaranteed, save for the remedies described in our Shipping & Returns policy.
Returns are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy. In summary: unopened packs within 30 days, damaged goods reported within 7 days.
Our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for the goods concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of research time, loss of samples or loss of profit. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes will be referred to the competent court in Shenzhen, Guangdong.
